VOLUNTEER
What would my duties be?
Volunteers will work in either an office in Davenport or Lakeland. After a background check and training you will become known as a Senior Sluth, working with Seniors vs Crime, a Joint Project of the Polk County Sheriff's office and the Florida Attorney General. You will assist in cases involving consumer protection. We gather information for the Attorney General, and all the various State Agencies as well as Local Law Enforcement Agencies.
We need volunteers from all walks of life. Basic computer , telephone, and public speaking skills are just a few of the skills needed. We have a need for anyone that wants to help their friends and neighbors.
