Have You Been Cheated, A Victim Of A Scam, Or Fraud?   There May Be Help For You

Our primary goal  is to reduce the  victimization of Senior Citizens who are often targeted for specific crimes based on their age. We accomplish this goal by providing  educational and crime prevention programs to various senior citizen and community groups; investigating complaints and seeking restitution for seniors who may have been victimized; and by providing investigative agencies with senior volunteers to assist them  with specific investigations.

We know there are dishonest people out there  who would like nothing more than to separate you from your money. There is no problem too large or too small. However there are times we must refer the client to another agency or small claims court.  Each case is handled on an individual basis, and confidentiality is maintained in accordance with Florida Public Records Law. Come in, call, or send us an email.

LET US HELP YOU!

Come In and Talk to a Case Worker Today, There is Never a Cost to You.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

If You have been the victim of a scam or unfair business deal, you will be asked to  gather all documentation (i.e. receipts, contracts, cancelled checks) and bring or mail  them to our office so we can review your case. (Note; keep your originals, give us copies).

A Senior Volunteer will be assigned to your case. Every attempt will be made to resolve your case through informal mediation. Successfully resolving your case will be our priority. Not all cases will be resolved to your satisfaction; however we have a very good success  rate.  Statewide, Seniors vs Crime has recovered millions of dollars for seniors that have been victimized, and has expedited contract completions, repairs, etc. for countless others.

Any case determined to involve a criminal offense is turned over to the proper  law enforcement agency for  appropriate action. We will also help you with that process.
